This is the order Recety walks you through. Everything is done by you in a few screens, except one step that waits for Meta to approve your receipt template.

  3. Connect WhatsApp

    WhereSettings → Integrations

Sign in with Facebook through Meta's official Embedded Signup and connect a WhatsApp Business number. Then accept Meta's Marketing Messages terms so you can run campaigns.

Recety creates a draft receipt template for you, with a PDF receipt attached.

What do I need to get started?

A paid plan, a WhatsApp Business number and some message credits. Register and pay, and Recety creates your account, main branch and API key. Then connect WhatsApp with Facebook, get your receipt template approved by Meta, top up credits, and connect your POS or import past sales.

Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?

Yes. You can connect your existing WhatsApp Business App number and keep using the app alongside Recety on the same number, or let signup provision a dedicated WhatsApp Business number for your account.

Does Recety work with my POS?

Square, Clover, and Lightspeed connect directly. Any other POS or custom system can push sales through the webhook API with an API key. Not ready to integrate? Import historical sales from CSV or Excel, the import wizard detects your date and column formats.

How is messaging billed?

The plan covers the platform. WhatsApp messages are paid from a prepaid credit wallet, priced per message by category, marketing, utility, authentication. Replies inside the 24-hour customer-service window are free. Every campaign shows its estimated cost and your remaining balance before you send.

What happens when a customer doesn't want messages?

If a customer sends STOP or إيقاف, Recety confirms the opt-out automatically, records it with an audit trail, and excludes the number from every future campaign. The review step of each campaign shows how many numbers will be excluded and why.

Does it work in Arabic?

Recety is Arabic-native, not translated: the whole product runs in Arabic with full right-to-left layout, receipts carry Arabic and English content side by side, templates can be authored in either language, and opt-out keywords are understood in both.

Who on my team can use it?

Roles are built in, Owner, Admin, Branch Manager, Marketer, Accountant, and Customer Support, so the marketer runs campaigns, the branch manager sees their branch, and the accountant sees billing, each without access to the rest.

Can my templates get rejected?

Templates are reviewed by Meta, and some do get rejected. Recety shows each template's status (Active, In review, Rejected, Paused) and quality rating, syncs statuses from Meta, and the built-in message-quality guide explains the common rejection reasons and how to avoid them.

Do I pay per branch?

No. Every plan includes unlimited branches, each with its own receipt design, branch code, and analytics.
